Particolare del comparto centrale: al centro Cristo, che regge uno stendardo bianco con la Croce alludente alla Resurrezione, incorona un cavaliere cristiano, mentre al tempo stesso calpesta le allegorie del male e della morte che poggiano sopra le raffigurazioni simboliche dei quattro Evangelisti, mentre gli angeli intorno sorreggono i simboli della Passione. In basso al centro sono raffigurate le tre Virtu teologali (Fede, Speranza, Carita), con a sinistra un gruppo di fedeli che riceve la comunione da parte di un vescovo e a destra i peccatori che vengono spinti dal mostro verso l Inferno.
